Engine Fluids, Gear Oil & Filter Specifications
| Engine Oil Viscosity & Standard | SAE 15W-40 / 10W-40 API SJ/SL JASO MB |
|---|---|
| Engine Oil Capacity | 0.8 L (drain) / 0.9 L (total) |
| Final Drive / Gearbox Oil | SAE 80W-90 GL-5 — 180 ml (refill) / 200 ml (total) |
| OEM Oil Strainer Part Number | 15421-1G07-001 (Cleanable screen mesh) |
| OEM Air Filter Element Part Number | 17211-LDF7-900 |
| Spark Plug Model & Electrode Gap | NGK C7HSA (0.6 – 0.7 mm) |
Field note: The Agility 125 GY6 engine uses a cleanable wire mesh oil strainer screen (15421-1G07-001) under the 17mm drain plug spring. Clean with solvent at every oil change. Drain volume is strictly 0.8L; overfilling leads to crankcase pressure buildup blowing oil into the airbox.
CVT Transmission System
| Component | CVT Drive Belt |

| OEM Part Number | 23100-KGF-901 |
| Dimensions | 835 x 20 x 30 mm |

| Cross-Compatibility | Many GY6 125cc/150cc models |
Field note: Kymco's 55 Nm drive face nut spec should be followed exactly.
Engine Internals: Cylinder Head & Crankshaft
| Part No. | Qty | Part Name | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| 12200-KGF-901 | 1 | Head Comp., Cylinder | Resurface flatness tolerance 0.05mm max |
| 12210-KGF-901 | 1 | Valve, Exhaust | Check margin thickness > 0.5mm before reuse |
| 12220-KGF-901 | 1 | Valve, Inlet | Larger head diameter — do not swap positions |
| 12251-KGF-901 | 1 | Gasket, Head Cyl. | Single-use metal composite; never reuse |
| 14100-KGF-901 | 1 | Camshaft Comp. | Chain-driven; inspect lobe wear before reinstall |
| Part No. | Qty | Part Name | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| 13300-KGF-901 | 1 | Crankshaft Comp. | Check runout < 0.03mm on V-blocks |
| 13210-KGF-901 | 1 | Connecting Rod | Big-end side clearance spec: 0.1-0.4mm |
| 13010-KGF-901 | 1 | Piston (Std.) | +0.25mm/+0.50mm oversize available for rebored cylinders |
| 13111-KGF-901 | 1 | Piston Pin | Lightly oil before install; hand-pressure fit only |
| 13115-KGF-901 | 2 | Piston Pin Clip (Circlip) | Directional installation — see expert note below |
Field note: On this 125cc GY6-derived engine, the piston pin circlips must be installed with the opening
gap oriented 90° to the direction of piston travel, never fore-or-aft. A clip installed backward
compresses under inertial load on every stroke until it walks out of its groove and ejects into the
crankcase, and the freed pin gouges the cylinder wall on the following stroke, destroying the bore. Use
only new clips, and confirm full seating by feel before closing the case halves.

Field note: Kymco's painted plastic panels become progressively brittle at the mounting tabs after a few
years of continuous UV exposure, even when the paint surface still looks presentable. Never use an impact
driver on body screws, and apply silicone grease (never petroleum-based) to rubber grommets before
removal so panels flex free without cracking.
